Does anyone have any proven methods on what they do to prevent themselves from bidding on AG things on Ebay? I'm bidding on atleast five things on Ebay right now, but I only have about $23 in my Paypal account! My mom is going to be so mad when she finds out! I do not take rejection well (I had bid on two Pre-Mattel items, but got outbid) and I just *had to* bid on Kirsten's Cookbook. I always do that when I get outbid on Ebay, I look for another item to bid on. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You need to get off the computer and do something else. All of these beautiful items will be there this summer after you have saved up some money. Don't continue to overspend as it will become a way of life, and that's not good. Appreciate what you have and get busy.
Boop has some good advice. If you don't have the self-discipline (and neither do I, by the way) not to bid, you need to minimize your time on the computer in general and stay away from eBay altogether. If you have the eBay site bookmarked, delete it. Sure, it's easy to type in those 10 letters and 2 dots, but it is more of a conscious effort to do so -- maybe you will end up stopping yourself mid-URL.
eBay is SO addicting, I know -- I'm addicted myself. I need to quit, though, before I blow through ALL my money. I need to take Boop's advice too!
Dang it Jim, I'm only a doctor! Sorry, I'm a trekie...
But by all means save yourself! Get off the computer before it's to late!!
Beam me up Scottie!

Get your Mom to change the eBay password and NOT tell you the new one. That's sure to put an end to your bidding.

AWAY MY ARMY OF SEA MONEYS! AWAY!! WE MUST SAVE THE PEOPLE FROM EBAY!!!! MUSH, MUSH LITTLE ONES!!!
I'm on the 100 Day AG Challenge right now, but I don't include Ebay as part of the Challenge.
I don't use eBay so I don't know how it works, but I was going to say the exact same thing as MOM to JILLIAN. I think that's great advice!
